Cordoba Coffee – Ethiopian Dark
ORIGIN: Ethiopia-beans grown at a higher altitude for their rich flavor profile.
TASTE: Earthy tones due to dark roast, also has blackberry like sweetness, toasted sugar flavours with a bright floral acidity.
PROFILE: Medium to dark roasted Arabica beans with low acidity due to longer period of roasting.
