Cordoba Coffee – Swiss Water Process

Swiss Water decaffeinated coffees (Colombian, Espresso, etc.) produce a high grade single origin coffee that uses natural decaffeination processes without any chemicals.

This process originated in Switzerland in 1933 and was later commercially introduced in 1979.

This natural process of soaking, using only water and caffeine-free green coffee extract, is a little more costly but the best way to extract caffeine from the beans. The caffeine-extracted coffee beans are then dried and roasted to their originating moisture level and re-bagged. They are now 99.9% caffeine-free beans.
