Cordoba Coffee – Turkish Blend
ORIGIN: Usually a blend of Arabica and Robusta varieties from Brazil.
TASTE: Stronger than an espresso, yet with less caffeine content than an espresso. Best if flavoured with spices and sugars to bring out the intense ground coffee flavours that will be left at the bottom of the cup.
PROFILE: Light to medium roasted beans but are ground to a powder form in order to slowly brew an intense coffee flavour. This is one of the oldest ways to brew a powerful cup of coffee.
